Chief Minister P.S. Golay had an interaction with representatives of Chalak Morcha here. The taxi drivers under Chalak Morcha submitted their issues of hefty fines under Central Motor Vehicle Act and other problems faced by them. The Chief Minister said he is taking action on their problems and informed that the State government fully supports the taxi drivers. He informed that the State government will soon launch Berojgar Start Up Scheme under which the taxi drivers who do not have their own vehicles will also benefit. He also mentioned that the State government will reward the best taxi drivers of the State. Report by Ajay Agarwal
