A quick glimpse of the MS Saturnia at dock in 1955 - West side piers, New York City. Not sure if they are leaving or arriving, a wall of luggage is on the dock, liner is docked and folks are on deck having a bit of a social.
A look at the elevated west side highway (demolished in the eighties), adjacent piers are empty of liners but the Circle Line boats are ready to go!
