I have installed the Plugshare App on my phone and found a nearby charger which I suspect is free to use. It's in the Enmax Utility company car park so I wanted to explore... As an aside, If you have older Windows systems and run Media player, the higer bit rate of the HW3 video causes the player to drop frames, flashing blank images. You can use an older version of media player, which ironically works fine. I updated to the VLC player.
