You MUST complete these actions in order for your Facebook pages to continue working within Echo. If you do not do these following steps, FACEBOOK WILL NO LONGER WORK in Echo beginning March 4th…
1. In Echo, navigate to Admin / Integrations / Facebook
2. Make sure all popup blockers are OFF and you are an admin on the pages you plan to refresh. Click the login or “Continue as Your Name” button.
3. Once the Facebook popup is visible, you may have to click ‘Edit Settings’ in order to manage pages. You will select the pages you want to use within Echo and turn on all permissions when it asks, “What is Echo Global App allowed to do?”. Echo may not work properly if you turn off these options. The Facebook pop-up will close when you have clicked ‘Done’.
4. Click the blue X to delete the Facebook page. The Facebook page will disappear from the list.
5. In the dropdown menu below your name, select the page you want to re-add. It will reappear in the list of Facebook pages below.
6. In some cases, Facebook will expire the page 24-48 hours after a refresh. If so, you will receive an email that will instruct you to refresh the page.
